have a few questions regarding vb 4.0

so my website is worldformoms.com

after upgrading to 4.0 suite

the traffic died down a lot. a lot of members don't really like the portal/front page - it's too boring, they miss the old layout/look and feel of everything.. before with v 3.x there were a lot of skins that we had there were very 'girly/feminine' and using vb advanced - looked more appealing to the members.

i have not been able to find very many skins for vb4.0 .. and i had a few questions.

1) how can i disable the CMS so i can go back to our old portal (we were using vbadvanced) - i also ask this because it's SO confusing for someone like myself LOL to use the CMS. i just don't really get it.. had to have someone put the stuff that's on there now and even still doesn't look how it used to be..

2.) are there any recommendations to skins for 4.0 that are "girly/feminine" or companies that do custom skins - could someone point me in the right direction (that don't cost an arm and a leg)

3.) where can i find someone reputable to help upgrade our forum? (we are currently running 4.1.0 patch 2 and the person who installed a lot of things for us (for free) is MIA.. and i'd like to hire someone (within my price range ) that could do this for us - as i'm not really sure where he left off or what really was done to the forums since i didn't do this myself.

4.) my members have been asking me if there is a way to import their blog (from blogger/blogspot) to the vbulletin blog and i have not seen an option to do so - or is there a mod for this that someone can send me the link to?

i'm really sad that the traffic has died down SO much due to us upgrading to 4.0 ..

1) Just disable the product in the Manage Products screen - vBulletin CMS. Then install vbadvanced if that is what you want.
