Version 4.x of this template for vB4 uses no tables instead i decided to use CSS3 border-image, unfortunately Internet Explorer does not support border-image so the left and right border will not appear in IE, i added the top and bottom borders in IE with <!--[if IE]>

If you change the size of the logo (vbulletin4_logo.png) you will need to edit the header template and change the width to keep the logo centered perfectly:

In version 4.2.5 the border code was replaced to work with newer CSS3, with the older code the borders would not show in many browsers.

The forum sidebar? a mod can be found called sidebar everywhere that does this.

Did you merge the new XML properly?
Seems like your header template has not been updated.

Find: {vb:rawphrase control_panel} and replace with: {vb:rawphrase user_control_panel} Otherwise you will not see the settings button in the user menu.

I had my header centered before upgrading the skin to the 4.1.3 compatible version, now it's not. I have this in my additional.css.

}

Can you help me get it centered again?

Yes sorry I was able to do it manually by adding:

margin-top: -10px;
margin-left: -215px;

I'm not sure why i had to do it now, and I don't have to do it on any other skin.

The tag cloud has not been modified in this skin, so this can be modified how it is done on the default skin.
I believe for the CMS this is done via widgets, and the forum sidebar is done via the blocks management

Settings doesn't show on mine. As in the top of the navbar, Settings doesn't show. :\

Edit: I'm making a completely new style based off of your Darkness3 style, so I need it to to look as close to vB normal as possible.
