those are just to inform the user that there post may not appear as it requires to be moderated.
Most of the intermediate pages are there just as a pleasantry and they add less than a kb on to your bandwidth. I keep them as it would confuse users who post a thread and then get taken to the forumdisplay and there thread isn't there.
