Auto ban according to custom field

Hi all,

A fairly simple request/idea here. I currently have a custom profile field for my users that is required for registration, which is a standard text line field. I have noticed that when 99% of spam bots sign up they populate that field with the text "array". Would it be possible to automatically ban any user who enters the text "array" in that registration field? This would cut out virtually all of the manual banning my moderation team and I do, and due to the nature of the question asked would be very very unlikely to ban any genuine users inadvertently typing array into the field.

Please also let me know if there is a simple way to do this through the existing admincp. I've had a look but avenues such as the promotion system do not seem to work with custom fields.

What you are requesting was in my mind too. You can do this whit my mod request posted here
I need it for more than simply banning boots but this is nice side effect.
My registered users does not have acces to anny forum now (v effective for spammers). I just want to take out manual selection of the group via a custom field set up at registration.

Maybe we can gather more to ask for the same mod ... I am willing to pay for my request, if we are more it should be easyer.
