thanks to those who give me feedback as its greatly appreciated.
I am looking to upgrade from the patch version vb3.6.9 to vb3.7 and was wondering if, when I do upgrade it will I lose all the current hacks in which I have installed? would I have to reinstall all the hacks I have and if so whats the easiest way to do this? I am looking at doing the upgrade on monday or tuesday so a response or suggestions asap are greatly appreciated. I have upgraded on a previous site i had once before but cant remember as that was a while ago thanks in advance |

The best way to answer this question is to upgrade your test site first. The other thing you can do, is go read the modification thread for each of your modifications and see if someone has posted to say it still works in 3.7.

In my experience virtually all mods will continue to work between 3.6 and 3.7... As Lynne said though go to the mod threads and view the last few pages of comments. People will usually have posted the most recent version they had it working on... If it works in 4.x, 3.8, or 3.7 you're obviously OK.

thanks for the replies.
maybe there is a misunderstanding here. what i am wondering is not about compatability between the upgrade but will me upgrading erase all the mods on the board and will they have to be re-downloaded and installed. thanks again |

No, it won't erase them.
