pls pls pls help me what kind of addons/templates/plugins will be use

if i want only VIP members(same with licensed member here in vb.org)

can download the links in my site, like what this forum use,

only LINCENSED MEMBERS can download the links.

i try install:

but if licensed member can see the links and download,

It will be hard to +rep anyone on vbulletin.org since we don't have rep.

For the "downloads" that is simply attachment permissions. In your usergroup manager turn off permissions to view and download attachments for all groups but your VIP group.
