I am not sure what the procedure for performing an upgrade of Vbulletin's message forum. My site is currently using version 4.0.8 Can someone tell me where to find the procedure to perform upgrades so I will have them for future reference?

I bookmarked the e - instructions after reading over it. That one seems to be the easiest to understand. My main concern about upgrading is that after I download the newer version, I am not sure which files go where on my server. I don't want to mess up anything.
Being new at this, I guess I am a bit paranoid about that.
