After upgrade vbb 3.8 to 4.1.2 error like this:

you'll need to use a style for 4.x
change your style to the default 4.x theme and it should work fine

I changed vbb4 default tyle, but still error.

Looks like your CSS is missing. In your vbulletin options there is a choice to put CSS in the file-system or not... I suggest changing this setting, whatever it is, and see if it works right.

I fixed error. I edit url from (vbb option/Site Name / URL / Contact Details/forum url) is ok.

Ex:
vbb 3.x.x: forum url: http://www.kythuatlaptop.com

upgrade 4.x.x edit forum ulr: http://www.kythuatlaptop.com/forum
