I can't see the image (because my work blocks imageshack) but I believe I know what you're looking to do.

If you go into Edit Templates and select the Header. By default, the section you want is about halfway down or so, and looks like this.

Now that second div is where the remember me link is actually contained. On my website, I have mine moved next to the Login button. So that mine goes "Username", "Password", "Login", "Remember Me", "Register".

The div class set for "Remember Me" causes it to move, so I simply removed that, and placed the label and input elsewhere. You probably won't want to copy mine exactly because of other changes, but you'd essentially do it like this.
