2. Upload contents of 'splash' to '*your_forum_url*/images/splash'
3. Edit the logo 'splash/talktemplate/logo.gif'

nm, it was a noob question, I just had to take the border radius off in the css

The style probably uses a forumhead image so forum descriptions wont show. Try adding it to the forum name with a dash. Lugi - Description
