New Subscription PMs: Send PM upon new subscription

What is it? This modification allows you to send a PM to the purchaser of a new subscription.

Features:

Each subscription can have its own custom private message
When in the vB ACP click the Help link for help with the fields

Requirements: vB 3.6.8+ (not extensively tested on vB 3.6.8, not tested on other versions)

Does it work on vB 3.5 and vB 3.6? See the requirements.

So far ther was only one PM per all subscription, but this goes further
