Most likely this is a simple fix but for some reason I can't figue it out. Everytime I go to the market it says

"you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1) Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?

2)If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation."

Why is this happening? I am using vBExperience as my point system.

Are you talking about this hack https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=232676 ? If so, just ask in that thread. than a mod will most likely trash/delete this thread.

Questions/Problems regarding modifications/styles need to be asked in the modification/style thread. That is where the support for modification/style is - not out here in the main forums. Please note that if a modification/style is unsupported (or even if it says it is supported), you may be on your own if you chose to install it.
