Where/What code would i put in to get it back on the bottom.

ALWAYS create a backup of what you are about to edit, you never know if you may need it....for times like this.
Looks like you removed more then that, in your FORUMHOME template, replace your what's going on box section with this one.
Note: This is default, so, if you made edits to yours, they wont be there after you save.
