Can Someone Help With vBet and vBulletin?

I have been racking my brain on trying to get vBet to work over the last 3 days
and I have just about ripped my forum apart trying to find out why vBet is not
working. vBet cant tell me anything as they appear to be lost since I will not
give strangers direct access to my forum. Its not like they started yesterday, but
if you do not give them FTP access they act as if they know nothing....

The first thing you are going to say is "you have a style problem" then I am
going to say something like this "If it is a style problem, then why does it
work just fine on the test forum using the exact same style?" in fact vBet
works fine with both themes on the test forum, and does not work with any
theme on the live forum...I am using the same vb, theme, vbseo, htaccess...
everything is the same, but vBet works on the test forum, not the live forum.

I did find out that when url tracking was enabled within vBet cp then the
style looks distorted, but when you disable url tracking then everything
almost appears ok, but then you do not get translaction from page to page.

When you click on the above SEO URL. I think it is losing translaction
before the final results come out to the proper language, so I think
this has something to do with not converting the SEO url into a readable
format and has something to do with url tracking, and I think htaccess
may be involved also, could be wrong htaccess, but they claim it is correct.



any ideas? maybe someone has run across this same problem....

or maybe you guys can provide more clues on what to check next since
vBet clearly does not want to even try unless they have FTP access. It
is almost like they are scared to even try to help or make suggestions.
