Unable to change color of sidebar on profile page

Hi I am unable to change the color of the sidebar on the profile page. Please check here- http://windows8beta.com/forums/membe...1-Ankur-Mittal I want to change color from
blue to white.

I have even read the PDF and changed profile_sidebar_background but still it isnt working.

Any suggestions ??
