I am wondering fi what is in the attached pic is a hack or not. I am would like to place this on my forum but i cant find it in the control pannel (admin interface).

there are a bunch of hacks along with some template modifications there.

ok that is cool..do you konw what the hacks are called? i would like to use them. and there are sooo many good hacks..
