Using Forum AS Main Site? Stop forum.php from showing?
Hi there,
I just purchased vB 4.01 and I setup my new website, which is actually just a forum. i.e. TheDogForum.com Now I renamed forum.php to index.php (backed up index.php) and loaded the vB file into the public_html main directory. So when people go to my site: www.thedogforum.com They land directly into the forum...which is perfect! The problem is on the Navigation Bar and the Image Title itself, when clicked, redirects people to www.thedogforum.com/forum.php Which I do not want! (I had to make a copy of forum.php otherwise it returned with a file not found error) How can I stop the site from even linking to forum.php? Please let me know, ~Dexx |

Do you mean that you want the Forum tab not to redirect to forum.php when clicked? If so, at the navbar template, find the following code:
HTML Code:
<a class="navtab" href="{vb:raw vboptions.forumhome}.php{vb:raw session.sessionurl_q}">{vb:rawphrase forum}</a> |
