Log-in disapearing behind the logo

I am using a Logo rotation from this post:

Excellent idea and work put in that post, however the author does not support this post. When I edited the code to get this to work, each time it starts the log-in section of my header disappears behind the images. I'm guessing it has something to do with the modified header.

The post requests that you go to the header and remove lines 3-5 as shown below:

	<div><a name="top" href="{vb:link forumhome}" class="logo-image"><img src="{vb:stylevar titleimage}" alt="{vb:rawphrase x_powered_by_vbulletin, {vb:raw vboptions.bbtitle}}" /></a></div>

and replace it with this:
<div style="width:1022px; height:200px;">
{vb:raw banner_rotator}
</div>

This has the banner posted and everything rotating as planned, with just the downfall of people not being able to log into the website.

Any idea's on how to fix this are welcome
