Registration Question

Hi all,

i need your Help, i have a sliding login with registration info, i want when new user fill UserName and e-mail and press registration button to continue to registration with the username and e-mail user put to Slide Login.

i have to call registration.php with some parameters (username and e-mail) but i don't know how.

can someone help?
