Lately, my forum has started lagging hard and loading times have significantly increased (Well, in most cases it doesn't load the page at all). While other sites ran fine, I looked at my mysql DB figures and saw that:

I've tried repairing-fixing those tables, but it does nothing, the figures stay and for all those tables with 53mb overhead, it says "Note: Table does not support optimize, doing recreate + analyze instead".

Can anyone please assist me?

Those be INNODB tables, anal-ize those to rebuild/opt them.
