Custom header

I put this in another forum and they suggested I ask here:

I'd like to "brand" my new license of vbulletin (I'm using the generic one on another site and am purchasing a new one for another site.)

I have a graphic/text header that I use on my wordpress blog and would like to put a vbulletin forum as a page tab on my blog. Is there a way to make the header on the vbulletin forum be the same as the wordpress header? The size is 940 x 198 but I can change the size. I don't know what size it would have to be or how I customize the site.

I would like the forum to look as much like the blog template as possible.

Is that possible? Thank you.
