Mineshrai, I would recommend finding a brown colored style or something similar to that in overall appearance then customizing it yourself from there or hiring someone but the point is it can be done in 4.1 you just need to take the time to recreate it

. I highly doubt that's available for download anywhere though tbo however feel free to prove me wrong if you find it somewhere
