You seem to be suggesting that this product is installed somewhere and you want installed somewhere else? Unless you deleted the folder where the smilies were stored, I don't see why you'd need to restore a backup of anything. Unless I'm misunderstanding you, I have no idea why you'd have to clone your site.
If it was as basic a modification as it looks, all you would need to do is export the product. Then import that product to your other forum. Would take two minutes at the most. If your missing the images, you could probably just find a smilie set available online to replace it.

Not unusual at all. It's not the complexity of a mod that get's it Graveyard-ed. They just come and go for different reasons. Usually, at developer request. Lynne is just pointing out that they can restore something that's been Graveyard-ed.
