buttons are disapeared when changing user rank

There are a whole lot of files what are not good. (about 200)
Also all the files in modcp.

<File version mismatch: found 4.0.6 Patch Level 1, expected 4.1.0 Patch Level 2>

Does this mean that the update isn't correct, or can it be that i overwrite these files with the backup of the old owner?

How do i correct this?
