Those I have granted permissions to keep saying that when they go to submit, it just times out. Other standard users have reported the same with the Blog section.

This has been an issue since day 1 of using the CMS. Any insight?

What is your session timeout set to (vboptions > cookies)? And your cookie path and domain (on that same page)? And have you told your members to make sure to check the Remember Me box?

I have messed with all of those settings to no avail. It's weird because I have no problems posting articles. It is only those I have given permissions to.

Look in your error_logs (if you don't know where they are, ask your host). When a user times out, something should be reported in there.
