Remove Thread Display Options block

Can someone tell me how to remove the block
Thread Display Options

from the (I think) showthread template?

It is the block that has this in it --

Show threads from the...

Use this control to limit the display of threads to those newer than the specified time frame.
Sort threads by:

Allows you to choose the data by which the thread list will be sorted.

Order threads in...

* Ascending Order
* Descending Order

The only Thread Display Options I see like that are actually on the Forum Display page - forumdisplay.php - are those the ones you are talking about?

It looks like you want to remove stuff from *below* this line:

    {vb:raw ad_location.forum_below_threadlist}

To *above* these lines:

    <div class="options_block_container">
    <div class="options_block">
        <div class="collapse">
