Remove "Prefix" dropdown on "Thread Display Options"

How am I able to remove the whole prefix drop down menu down below at the Thread Display Options category?

I just posted this on vb.com the other day. It's in the FORUMDISPLAY template in an 'if' tag, so easily found and deleted. I also entered it in the bug tracker because the if statement always evals to true at the moment.

I'm not sure what you are trying to do. This question was based on an old bug that is no longer around. If you don't have prefixes on in a forum, the prefix dropdown doesn't show up. So, if you don't want it there, don't have prefixes on in the forum.

Sorry, I wasn't being very careful about this. I want to remove the Thread Display Options block on the thread display page. Can you help me with this?

This is the Forum Display page we are talking about here. What thread display options on the thread display (showthread) page? Perhaps you can post an image showing us what you want to remove. (This is why it is best to start your own thread since it sounds like your question is unrelated to the original question.)
