My cpanel is naff.
I am currently uploading a 15meg DB and it is taking forever.
|Does anybody know of a package that will download the DB so I can change it then re upload it free of Cpanel?

If you have shell access, you should use that.

I don't know how changing the program will really affect upload speed, that's usually dependent on bandwidth but if you want to try something else I recommend "Big Dump" : http://www.ozerov.de/bigdump.php
