Description:
Users will not able to rate their own threads.

Installation:

Import "product-cant_rateownthreads.xml" as a product, overwrite if it's already installed

Where to set option:
Settings-> Options-> Poll and Thread Rating Options-> Can't rate own threadsHistory:
