Now that's confusing ^

Lynne meant, Register on your site under a new nick (use a proxy too if you believe he/she's looking for you) then if you still have FTP access (Filezilla etc) upload your tools.php that came included with your vBulletin files the tools.php is in the do_not_upload folder.

Now go to

http://www.yoursite.com/admincp/tools.php

Run it and reset admin access for the new user then immediately afterwords delete the tools.php file from your server.
