That question is very difficult to understand in English. The picture you attached shows a red exclamation point by the picture you're trying to upload, which could be from several causes. Make sure .png is allowed, make sure the filesize is set correctly. Picture and attachment settings are spread around in AdminCP Settings and User Group permissions.
