I have members who are just registered, then some who are moderators, and all the admins, who all need to not only stay in the user groups there in, but I want them to be in a seperate one too, like 2 usergroups? There current one, PLUS FK Team one. Is this possible?

This isn't possible at this time. You could possibly hack it.

This is a functionalty what wuold be great.
I just use very much Usergroups with double functionality.
But this is very much work, to build such Usergroups.
