when the words " reptile forum " are typed into google, and people click on my forum they are being directed to: filestore73.com but if you select back, and re click it loads my site...

is this an external url link added to my site?.. how do i remove this as its effecting my guests visiting the site.

what is your site?

we can't see the problem across 2.5 millions entries.

I already replied to your ticket. Someone has hacked you. A cookie is getting added when users access your site via the google link and then they get redirected the first time they click on your link. You'll need to look at your access_logs to find how they did this and then look through your database to see if it was added there are via a file.

i dont know what access_logs are, and i dont know how to view my database.

i had a web designer, and cant get hold of him..

any advice on how to do the above would be much appriciated.
