Hello,

can anyone help me get my back to top button to function?? its on the bar at the bottom of my forum others there work but not this one

also the posts read function doesnt work.

Any help will be greatly appreciated Thanks

Create a new style with no parent:

Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
Parent Style: No Parent Style
Title: Default vBulletin
Allow User Selection: Yes
Save

Then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem?

Are there any mods that do this because it would be great if I could have a "Back to Top of Page Link".

I'm not sure what you mean. There is a link right at the bottom of the page in a default style that does this. No mod necessary.
