keyword wish list mod

Hi

I am looking for if possible a mod where as people can subscribe to certain keywords. then when another member makes a post and contains certain keywords the one who is subscribed to the keywords will recieve an email allerting them to the thread posted.

i will need to subscribe members to keywords in the admin panel so i can keep control of what is being subescribed to

can anyone help.

Talk about deja vous, I just had a member request this very feature. Doing a search here doesn't seem to turn up anything, has anyone come up with a hack/mod that does something like this?

Understood, but I thought someone might have and then called it something else. Obviously there are solutions like the Geek Auto-Linker which will turn certain words in posts into Links, really at that point it would be to send an email to anyone who subscribed to that particular word. Unfortunately the Geek products have gone dormant again for lack of development.
