I've had someone in my forum as for an audible notification when a new post or reply is made.

Is there a hack for this?

I think that would get awfully annoying real fast.

The problem, as I see it, is that the listener would have to be constantly refreshing. Other than that, it would be easy. Use a combo of my play sound on new pm hack and Zach's new posts since you last looked hack.

I'm not going to do it cause I don't need it, but that's how you would go about it.
