If you do not want people to visit, write or download, it's okay.
But on the other hand, what is a forum good for?

My guess is that this is another "I've signed up but I'm not showing up as licensed" post.

it is, when you see what he posted before...

people hate so much to read notices... my opinion?... the notice has to be: width: 100%; min-height: 800px; font-size 45px; color: red; font-weight: bolder;

with that, if someone miss it, i suppose the guy is blind and has no computer whatsoever...

Probably the hour that he was asked to wait has finally gone by and now he shows as licensed.... :/
