How can I call the "fbuserid" variable in from the table "user"?

The template is called vsa_chatbox_bit and it's from this modification:

The vsa_chatbox_bit contains this:

I want to change to display this:

<a href="http://facebook.com/{vb:raw fbuserid}">{vb:raw vsacb_msg_box.musername}</a>

It would need to display the user fbuserid of the name of the person who posted the message, the name being contained in {vb:raw vsacb_msg_box.musername}.

Basically, right now it is setup to display the profile of the person who posted a shout. But I want it to display the facebook page of the person who posted she shout.
