How to create a complex dropdownmenu?

I want to create a navbar similar to ESPN navbar.

So the question is: can i insert complex element in my dropdownmenu?
Another possibility is to create a javascript menu with tooltips, but can i insert vbullettin module in tooltips? (for example, the userpanel?)
