Global New Thread

I need a modification to start NEW THREAD and Choose which forum to post to,,

like this:

and

from picture above u can see it is like creating new thread,, but there's option to show/choose which forum to post.. and the files not newthread.php, that is quickthread.php

i really need and want that modification,, i believe u can help and do this.. Thanks so much..
