Album Uploads Asset Manager Issue

Has anyone had an issue uploading pictures to user albums?

The issue I have with 4.0.7 is that you have to often click UPLOAD PICTURES which brings up the asset manager, but it will not completely load exisiting album thumbnails.

Upon closing, and reloading by reclicking UPLOAD PICTURES, it often then works properly.

Sometimes you have to do this two or three times to get it working right.

Users are reporting this on multiple versions of IE.

Update: I Installed 4.0.8 and this issue remains.... although looks slight different.

When you try to upload album pictures to a users photo album, the asset manager (download assistant) does not show the thumbnails of the already-present images in the album --- to remedy this, you close the asset manager, and click upload pictures again and it will then show the thumbnails and allow you to upload.

It does this about 50% of the time... sometimes it works correctly the first go around.

Would really appreciate someone who is an expert contributing their thoughts to what may be going on or if they think it is buggy code. Anyone else see this issue>
