header information relocate

i have a several step question;

1) I would like to relocate the "welcome User | Notifications | My Profile | Settings | Log Out" to the bread crumb block.
2) i would like to make the "header2" ad be right justified.
3) is there a way to make the forum header (the bread crumb area) to have frames? so i could add a banner or such to the right side of that area without making the header taller?

1) I really can't picture what you want at all. But, you'll at least need a plugin to preregister all the variables you need for the login area for the template you are moving them to.

2) All float:right to the CSS for the image.

3) I would guess so, although I never use frames so I'm probably the wrong person to answer that.
