I don't remember if there was an hack that let you force a new user to create a new thread in a specified forum.. before he can post all over the other forums. I need it for vB 3.8. Can you please help me?

Or it was a promotions method? I don't remember..

I don't know if there was a mod but this is something that could be handled by promotions. Give registered users permission to only post in the introductions forum and promote everyone with at least 1 post to a new usergroup that can post anywhere else.
