Do you mean where the db infos are at? If so they can be found at the config.php file inside the /includes/ folder. Whereas the db tables can be found in the phpmyadmin at the cp of your host. (at the db that you used to install your vb forum)

It's an SQL database, so you won't find a database file anywhere. You'll need access to the SQL server. The easiest way is through phpMyAdmin.
