I remember seeing a User Log on a forum long ago. It was a profile tab in profiles that only mods and admins can see. This tab gave them info about the user, like what usernames he had changed to, when he was banned, and other info like that.

Does anyone know how to get this feature?

Could be it was custom for that forum. I don't recognize it as anything I have seen.
