Hook for successful email verification?

I've been looking but haven't found a hook for when someone registers on the forum, but has verified their email address. Basically, I only want to add people once they verify their account.

Anyone know if this exists? I suppose I could just add them when their usergroup changes to usergroup 2(assuming there is a hook for that?) but this just seemed like a logical place for a hook.

This functionality is already available in Settings>User Registration Options>Verify Email address in Registration.
