WYSIWYG editor not working in new skin?

So I downloaded some random skin from the interwebs and Im looking at it and Ive noticed that even though ive got the WYSIWYG editor on in the preferences it only lets me edit with the standared editor in the skin (WYSIWYG works in all other skins just fine). Is there something I can do to enable it in the skin im using?
