New users not getting e-mail
I just switched over to a new server and vbulletin. The site went live today, and we were hoping that because we needed the domain switched over to the new hosting company, e-mails weren't working (because the settings are pretty straight forward). However, when new users sign-up, they are not getting a welcome e-mail.
I've tried the -F setting, and also users do get e-mails to reset their passwords, just not the welcome e-mail. Naturally I assume it's not an e-mail setting, and something else. I've googled, and looked on here as well, but none of the answers others have received about this issue have helped us. Any help appreciated. --------------- Added [DATE]1285028944[/DATE] at [TIME]1285028944[/TIME] --------------- I should add that test e-mails work fine from the diagnostic area. |
