Changing perms
Hello, I am an admin on a site with 3 other admins. Yeh, I know, kinda stupid, but the site was a conglomeration of sorts which we all somehow were part of.
Anyway, we have 6 moderators. 1 of which abuses his privileges. 3 of the admins don't want this guy around anymore, but one of the admins does. We all know how to use the ACP, and all know the tricks in the ACP to fix member perms, if they require punishment. Obviously removing mod privs, and tacky global ignore. We also have the miserable users mod. However, we can't add this one mod to any of them. He goes right to the the other admin and tells him he's been restricted. That admin then goes and changes his perms back. Is there anything we can do to make restrictions through code to this mod? This way our partner admin won't have a clue what is wrong? I know it sounds stupid, but we have to have unanimous decisions in order to banish somebody. This admin refuses to vote in our favor. |
