It is necessary hack which fulfilled the following operations. Moderators and Administator could put warnings to users, in case of violation of rules by them. It is necessary, that it there was a button near each message of the user. In a case n the user automatically passed warnings (n it should be set) in group Banned.

What I would like to see done with this, is that there would be a button next to the user's post, that only moderators and Admins would be able to see. They could click that button that would automatically add a post after that the rule breaking post. The mod or admin could select the type of rule breakage, and the script would post that preset message. Then the databse would keep track of how many warnings the user has had. After a preset number or warnings, the user would be placed into a banned group, for a certain amount of time. After that time, the user would have their full rights back.

If the user spammed again or got warnings again, then that user would be placed in the banned group again, and then after another warning or warnings would be banned forever.

If someone could write this hack....I would be forever greatful, heck you I would worship you.

I don't know much about PHP, so if someone could write this....wow...that would be considered godlike.

I think I have the backing of most of the members here, so if you could do it, I know that almost everyone would use it.

How about something like what aim does?

what members can do is send 1 warning per day (warning expire after 2 days) if the user gets so many warnings (10 for example) he is tempoaryly banned from posting but he can still view threads/posts but can no longer post until the warnings expire. also have 2 limts

x warnings in one day tempoaray cant post
x warnings in one day user gets banned

each member can only send one warning per day to prevent people who warn for no reason but if 10 members are mad at the user they can all warn him and make him unable to post for x days

x being whatever number the admin could set in the Admin CP.

That could work on some forums, but i only want admins and mod to be able to mod.
